Dr. Michael Hester serves as pastor of Chesterfield Community Church, bringing scripture-based messages meant to stay with the congregation well beyond Sunday morning.
Each sermon is built around the Word, offering guidance the congregation can carry into the week ahead and meditate on in their daily lives.
Under his leadership, the church continues to grow as a place where Chesterfield, VA families come to be taught, encouraged, and supported in their faith.

Ed Pettersen leads worship as Music Director at Chesterfield Community Church, blending modern Praise & Worship music with the traditional hymns longtime members hold dear.
His approach to music ministry keeps Sunday worship familiar for longtime attendees while staying fresh for newcomers.
Through his leadership, music remains a central part of how the congregation connects with God and with one another each week.
